By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below

General Info

I can do fanarts as well as original characters.

Please, try to provide as many reference pictures as possible. if there's no reference pictures, I require full and precise description, but some additional charges might be made.

The images I'm sending through the process are low quality thumbnails. I'll send the full quality via email as soon, as I got the second payment (and all additional payments if there were any) and when the whole piece is accepted.

Due to some unexpected events, I'm not sending any updates through the weekend, so the mentioned TTD is count in work days only (Mon-Fri).

I'm usually sending updates every second day or every stage of the drawing (i.e detailed sketch -> lines -> flat colors, etc), but in some cases/complexity it might take more time

Some extra charges may be added for heavy detailed characters, complex poses, lack of references, additional accessories or late additions.

Hence - I'm trying to determine all the details in first couple messages, so please be accurate with what you want or at least have a quite specified idea.

I require at least a vague idea about the commissioned drawing - I won't start a piece without it. I can discuss the idea you have and provide my own insight, but I'm saving my personal ideas for my OCs only.

Any additional charges will be discussed via messages with proper reasoning if I decide that the drawing needs any additional charges.

Payments

All payments are via PayPal only (invoice). I'm not accepting DeviantArt Points nor any other replace currency.

I no longer send a sketch before payment.
All payments are required upfront, if there's any delay longer than 3-5 days in your payment availability, please inform me about it in advance.

In case of partial payments, please contact me accordingly so we could negotiate.

I'M STARTING TO WORK ON THE ORDER AS SOON AS I GOT THE PAYMENT

I do not accept any refunds. If you want to cancel your order, message me accordingly.

Copyright / usage policy

I retain the rights to the artwork.

Artwork is to be used for personal / non-commercial use, unless stated otherwise

I'm giving the permission to repost the artwork wherever you like, as long as the proper credit is given (as the link to my social accounts) and my watermark / signature is visible and remains intact and unaltered

The artwork should not be modified in any way, unless stated otherwise (i.e, when you're having only lineart to color it yourself), when I demand proper credit for my part of the work.

You may print the work in any way (sticker, magnet, coaster, etc) to display for your personal use only.

I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio and social media as self promotion. If you wish to keep the commission fully private, message me accordingly.

LONG TERM / RETURNING CLIENTS

If you're returning or regular customer, I'm allowing payments in two parts - first half, when the initial sketch is done and accepted; second half, when the image is done.
You can still pay upfront and with more commissions in queue, those with upfront payment have the priority.

Regular customers are also eligible for discounts / custom prices.There's also a discount for my Patrons, available after at least a couple months of subscription of middle or highest tier (lowest tier is getting smaller discount).
